Jonathan did an amazing job keeping me informed about the progress of my vehicle. He was very apologetic with the delay of the delivery truck. I dropped off my vehicle, so that wasn't an issue with me. But he still went out of his away assuring me that was not a normal occurrence & he apologized on behalf of the company.

Been coming here ( on Pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie) since 1983. Have had 2 Corvettes, 5 pickup trucks and 2 Mercedes S Class sedans taken care and have come away impressed with the whole experience every time. Professional crew, great value and after sale care are all 5 star and most impressive.

I left a Stanley mug there and called the next day and to my avail it was still there. The guys, another customer there, and I joked over me leaving it and the “Stanley craze” over pricing and it just made me feel that I can trust this store very much with not only expertise and professionalism but also just to share a good laugh with them.
